SHOOTING DOWN THE BARREL

Shooting Down The Barrel was established in 2015 by Nico Palacios, a Colombian photographer based on the Gold Coast Australia. Due to the constant requests from surfers to take some photos while surfing, Nico decided to start a whole episode in his professional life,  focused on surf Photography.

In Shooting Down The barrel we work to provide quality surf and ocean imagery to surfers and magazines nationally and internationally. We are open to work with you in new and innovative ideas, surf trips, or simply a few snaps at “cooly” if you’re keen and the waves are decent.

Our vision on shooting down the barrel is to expose the surf culture in Australia as well as the unique style and rich talent of surfers around the world. Also become a place of convergence and point of reference of the surf community around the world.
